Refund Policy

ODP Does not accept refunds for electronics or custom orders
Vehicle Hold
​

We will exercise our right to hold a vehicle if payment in full has not been made at scheduled pick up time.
Payments
​
Outlaw Diesel Performance does not offer any payment plans.
​
However, We require a deposit on scheduled work that exceeds $2,000.
​
Or, we accept a portion of the payment at time of drop off, and the remaining payment at time of pick up. *If vehicle is dropped off during hours of operation.
No Call No Show
If your appointment with OPD is not cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled date and the vehicle does not show up, a fee will be charged of an amount depending on the work scheduled.
Storage Fee
If payment is not made in full at time of pick up or vehicle is not picked up within 48 hours of scheduled pick up time, a storage fee of $5o per day will be added to the final bill.
Drop Off Only
Because of the size and schedule of the shop waiting for your vehicle is not permitted. There may be some exceptions, but it is strongly discouraged.
